Weekly Small Group Training
About:
Sessions are designed to improve players' technical skills and tactical awareness.
The small group environment allows for individualized feedback and skill development with an emphasis on learning appropriate form. Sessions will be individualized to match the goals and skill levels of the players in the group. The small group will also focus on implementing skill work with tactical decision-making in 1-vs-1 and 2-vs-2 scenarios.
Players will be provided with weekly technical "homework."
Max of 8 players.
All training sessions will be programmed and run by Mollie Pathman - former NWSL professional soccer player, current physical therapist (PT, DPT) and personal trainer (CSCS).

Sports Performance Training
About:
Sessions are designed to improve speed, agility and quickness specific to soccer. The sessions will address full-body (age-appropriate) strength, plyometrics, injury prevention and correct landing/cutting techniques. There will also be performance testing for speed and agility.
Sessions will include elements of the Sportsmetrics (evidence based injury prevention program) and players will be provided with at-home drills.
All training sessions will be run by Mollie Pathman - former professional soccer player NWSL, current physical therapist (PT, DPT) and personal trainer (CSCS).

What players need to bring

Technical trainings: a soccer ball, water bottle, shin guards, soccer cleats / turf shoes

For all indoor sessions: players must wear turf shoes or running sneakers - no cleats allowed indoors
COVID policy

Masks are currently not required for outdoor trainings or indoor training, but mask policy is subject to change in accordance with North Carolina and Durham guidelines.

Players and parents will monitor symptoms and should not attend sessions if they or their family members are experiencing any symptoms of COVID 19 or have had a known exposure.

Mollie is fully vaccinated and boosted
Cancellation policy

Players can cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance through the web calendar link (Calendly). Please try your best to give advanced noticed (>24 hours) as spaces are limited.

Cancellations within 24 hours will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may result in a 50% charge of the sessions. We understand unforeseen circumstances arise and will be excluded from this policy.

Cash, check or Venmo (@molliepathman) accepted. Please pay at the end of each session or the entire package in full at the first session.
