Performance Training & Injury Prevention

Performance training is designed to improve speed, agility and quickness specific to soccer and improve overall muscle strength and endurance. Performance training addresses full-body (age-appropriate) strength and plyometrics. Appropriate landing mechanics are emphasized inspired by Sportsmetrics and FIFA 11+ evidence based injury prevention programs. 

All performance training includes performance testing (strength, speed, movement pattern). 

Trainings can be performed out on the field or at Peak Rehab Physical Therapy & Sports Performance

INDIVIDUAL / SMALL GROUP  ($30-80/session)

TEAM TRAINING - custom training for your entire team   (price varies)

PERFORMANCE CLINICS - typically offered summer and winter
